• Real-time plant floor data collection utilizing database management systems which can be integrated with corporate MIS.

• Management Execution Systems and Manufacturing Operations Management to monitor and control manufacturing data like material track and trace and OEE.

• Electrical drawings for control panels and field installation.

Digilution took part in helping DAPACOR rehabilitate their acquired corrugator line. The Digilution engineers refurbished the electrical and control systems, reprogrammed the machine controllers, and designed and developed new operator interface systems using the Ignition SCADA system. 

Additionally, Digilution professionals have experienced working under mandated deadlines and have proven their ability to provide quality services under what sometimes are extraordinary time constraints.
