Terms and conditions 

1.	It is absolutely forbidden to host pornographic website, wares website, and hate-or terrorism-related websites on Digilution’s servers. Violation will be subject to immediate cancellation. 

2.	Digilution’s services may not be used to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including but not limited to child pornography. 

3.	Digilution’ s services may not be use for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, threats and harassment, SPAM, distribution of viruses, forgery or impersonation. 

4.	Digilution’s services may not be used for the infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or intellectual Property rights. Distribution and/ or posting of the aforementioned infringements will not be tolerated. 

5.	Digilution’s services may not be used for network disruptions and unfriendly activities, including but not limited to “denial of service” attacks, Email or news bombing, and Usenet Spamming. Furthermore, subscribers are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of Digilution’s Network. 

6.	Subscribes are solely responsible and accountable for the contents and use of their website. 

7.	Digilution’ s reserves the right to suspend network access to any subscriber if in the judgment of the Digilution network administrators, the subscriber’ s account is the source or target of the violation of any of the terms. If inappropriate activity is deleted, all accounts of the subscriber in the question will be deactivated until an investigation is complete. Prior notification to the subscriber is not assured. In extreme cases, law enforcement will be contacted regarding the activity. The subscriber will not be credited for the time that the subscriber’s accounts were suspended. 

8.	The subscriber acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the rates and the charges have been communicated to the subscriber. The subscriber is aware that Digilution may prospectively change the specified rates and changes from time to time. 

9.	Establishment of the service is dependent upon the receipt of stated charges. Subsequent payments are due on the anniversary date of the quarter for that quarter’s service, or the year for that year’s service. 

10.	All payments to Digilution are nonrefundable. All requests for canceling accounts must be made in writing. Account cancellations will take effect on the next billing period. If the account is canceled within a year of activation, the domain name registration will be charge our regular rates. 

11.	Digilution may temporarily deny service or terminate this agreement upon the failure of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest, and any collection fees. 

12.	The subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, the subscriber agrees that Digilution shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of Digilution. The subscriber further acknowledges that the company’ s liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss, or injury. 

13.	Digilution wishes to emphasize that in agreeing to these terms, the subscriber indemnifies Digilution by any third party. This meaning that if Digilution is sued because of a subscriber’s activity, subscriber will pay any damages awarded against Digilution, plus all costs and attorney’s fees. 

14.	Digilution reserve the right to amend its terms and policies at any time.
